All Weather Lifeboat launched at 1248 to 30ft motor cruiser broken down whilst on passage, 2 persons onboard, the casualty was quickly located near the Mid Swatch buoy and taken in tow for the River Medway and was secured in the Lower Camber basin at Sheerness at 1331. wind Wstly F4. |

All Weather Lifeboat proceeded at 1332 from previous incident to another 30ft Motor Cruiser broken down with 1 person onboard very close to Stoke saltings, River Medway, the Lifeboat arrived on scene to find workboat assisting casualty, who had managed to re-start one of his engines, craft was towed clear and proceeded to his mooring in Stoke Creek under his own power. Lifeboat ready for service at 1455. wind Wstly F4. |

Inshore Lifeboat launched at 1937 to 21ft Sports Cruiser broken down in Swale near Kingsferry bridge, 4 persons onboard, the casualty was quickly located and towed to the Kingsferry launch ramp. ILB ready for service at 2035. wind Estly F4. |

Inshore Lifeboat launched at 0035 to a 22ft Angling Boat reported aground on Lappel Bank upstream of Sheerness Docks, ILB arrived on scene to find the single occupant in the water attempting to stop his craft from going any further ashore, one crewmember was transferred to the craft and the person brought onboard. The ILB secured a tow and towed the craft clear and into Queenborough hbr, where it was secured. ILB ready for service at 0131. wind NNW F4. |

Inshore Lifeboat launched at 1820 to report of "Cries for help" heard in area of Upnor, River Medway, ILB carried out search along with RAF Rescue and Police Helicopters, Cg & Police units ashore, nothing was found and ILB was ready for service at 2100.

All Weather Lifeboat launched at 1113 and inshore Lifeboat at 1119 to 36ft Angling Boat reported to have grounded and now making water in East hoo Creek, River Medway, 5 persons onboard, both Lifeboats arrived on scene and casualty now underway with only minor leak, the ILB was released and the ALB escorted the casualty to Gillingham. Inshore Lifeboat diverted from exercise at 1141 to 21ft Sports Cruiser with outboard failure in Eastern Swale, 3 persons onboard, Whitstable Lifeboat also proceeding. Sheerness ILB arrived on scene at 1216 and took over tow, returning to Kingsferry bridge launch site. ILB released at 1412, returned to station and ready for service at 1448. wind SW F 3. |

Inshore Lifeboat launched at 2320 to report of possible suicidal person at Rochester Bridge, ILB commenced search at Command House and continued upriver to M2 Motorway bridge, nothing untoward found, search terminated. ILB returned to station at 0155. wind Estly F2. |

Inshore Lifeboat launched at 1440 to report of 13ft Open Boat with 2 persons onboard, broken down and now ashore on mainland side of West Swale, ILB arrived on scene and took the the two occupants onboard and recovered the craft and towed it to Queenborough causeway, where it was landed. Inshore Lifeboat launched at 1801 followed shortly by the All Weather Lifeboat at 1811 to an injured crewman onboard a 11mtr yacht in Saltpan Reach, the casualty had been struck on the head by the yachts boom and had been unconscious, the ILB adminstered first aid and the casualty was transferred to the ALB, who landed him ashore at Sheerness to awaiting ambulance, both Lifeboats, ready for service at 1930.

All Weather Lifeboat launched at 1930 to 7 mtr Angling Boat out of fuel and at anchor approx 1 mile North of Sheppey Coast, 3 persons onboard, casualty located and the craft was taken in tow for Queenborough hbr, where it was secured back on it's mooring at 2040, the ALB was immediately re-tasked to a 10 mtr Cruiser with overheating problems in the River Medway near No 18 buoy, one person onboard, the casualty was taken in tow for Chatham maritime marina, where it was secured at 2206, the ALB returned to staion at 2310. wind SE F 3. |

All Weather Lifeboat launched at 1245 to 7.7 mtr Angling Boat broken down in a position near SW Barrow buoy, some 11 miles from Station, one person onboard, the casualty was safely located and taken in tow for it's mooring at Thorpe bay, Southend, where it was safely secured. Inshore Lifeboat launched at 1640 to 21ft Motorboat aground in West Swale with 1 person onboard, casualty aground on Sheppey side of river, near Sharfleet creek, the ILB arrived on scene and managed to re-float the craft, the ILB towed the casualty to Queenborough Hbr, where it was secured and handed over to CG. ILB returned to station at 1857. wind ESE F4. |

Inshore Lifeboat launched at 1758 to report of 18ft Motorboat aground near Nore Marsh, River Medway, upon arrival, casualty had re-floated, all 4 persons onboard safe and well. ILB took casualty in tow, the owner managed to re-start the engine and was happy to proceed to Rochester under his own power, the ILB stayed with the casualty for a short time before being released. ILB returned to station at 1953. wind ESE F3. |

Inshore Lifeboat launched at 1812 to report of inflatable being blown out to sea off Sheerness, the ILB recovered the inflatable with no persons onboard and landed it back at the Lifeboat Station, the ILB was then tasked to a report of a 25ft Cruiser ashore on the North side of Burntwick Island, River Medway, the ILB arrived on scene and upon investigation, the owner had put his craft ashore after hitting debris in the river, damaging one of his props, no further damage sustained. The ILB assisted to re-float the craft, before it proceeded back upriver under it's own power. ILB ready for service at 1944. wind SW F3/4. |

All Weather lifeboat launched at 1204 to a 32ft bayliner Cruiser with engine problems off of Holehaven, the casualty is presently under tow of a Police RIB, the ALB arrived on scene and placed one crewmember onboard and secured a tow, ALB proceeding to Queenborough Hbr, where the casualty was secured, ALB ready for service at 1500.

ILB ready for service at 0747.

All Weather Lifeboat launched 1930 to 16mtr Motor Cruiser ashore on Grain Spit, 5 persons onboard, due to state of tide, the ALB was unable to close the casualty and the launch of the Inshore Lifeboat was requested to assist, ILB launched at 1942 and once on scene, the ALB's tow line was passed to ILB to run into casualty, once secure onboard, the casualties anchor was cut away and the ALB towed the casualty into deeper water and into the safety of Queeborough Hbr.ILB returned to station at 2055 followed by the ALB at 2150. wind Estly F6/7. |

All Weather Lifeboat launched at 1355 to 8mtr Yacht being sailed single handed, when owner became unwell. Rescue Helicopter also tasked, position of yacht was near Barrow deep No 9 buoy (approx 18 mls from station). The casualty was airlifted from the yacht by Rescue 125 and flown to Hospital, the ALB arrived on scene shortly after, the yacht was stiill underway on autopliot, two crewmembers were transferred to the yacht and a tow was established at 1453, after a long tow home, the casualty yacht was secured in Queenborough hbr and the ALB returned to station at 1840. wind Estly F4. |

Inshore Lifeboat launched at 1905 to report of small craft aground near Nore Marsh, River Medway and occupant trying to make his way ashore. ILB arrived on scene at 1928, ILB crewmember put ashore to walk across the mud to casualty, after some 20 minutes, the crewman reached the casualty, due to the depth of the mud in area, the ILB was re-located to South Yantlet creek, where the casualty could be more easily assisted to the ILB, the crewman and survivor reached the ILB at 2036 and now proceeding to Gillingham Marina, where they were met by Medway CG at 2114.
ILB was re-tasked to check on craft aground on Grain Spit, the ILB arrived on scene at 2140 and after checking that all was well, (the owner happy to await next HW), the ILB was released, returning to station and ready for service at 2235. wind NW F6/7. |

All Weather Lifeboat launched at 2210 to report of woman onboard a yacht at Upnor, River Medway with hand/arm injury after getting it caught in a bight of rope, ALB arrived on scene, a local workboat also on scene, the casualty was taken onboard the ALB and treatment given and landed ashore at Chatham Marina along with her husband to awaiting ambulance, ALB ready for service at 0035. wind Estly F3. |

All weather Lifeboat launched at 1625 in response to Mayday call from Speedboat in difficulties near No 17 Lightbuoy, River Medway, unconfirmed report that speedboat had been assisted by passing leisure craft, ALB continued and located casualty at Darnettness in tow of Motor Cruiser, All ok and ALB released.
On passage to station, the ALB was diverted to yacht reported trapped under Kingsferry bridge, upon arrival, a tow was passed and casualties anchor recovered, after passing through the bridge, the casualty was towed to Queenborough hbr. ALB ready for service at 1835. wind SW F3. |

Inshore Lifeboat launched at 1349 to Wayfarer dinghy in tow of Southend L/B with adult and 3 1/2 year child onboard, ILB rendevoused with Southend L/B in Medway channel and took over tow of dinghy, whilst Southend proceeded to Sheerness to land casualties, who were checked over by Sheerness personnel, Sheerness ILB brought dinghy into Sheerness, where it was subsequently recovered to the owners trailer.

Inshore and All Weather lifeboats launched at 1458 to 24ft Motor Cruiser aground on West Shore, Sheerness Harbour, both Lifeboats arrived on scene, casualty high and dry, anchor placed out by ILB crew and craft left to refloat on next HW, ILB returned to station and ALB proceeded to No 15 buoy, where a 20ft Motor Cruiser with 2 persons onboard had broken down, the casualty was taken in tow for Gillingham Marina pontoon, where it was secured at 1629, ALB returned to station at 1730, wind Sthly F3. |

All Weather Lifeboat launched at 0905 to Motor Cruiser, the ILB had dealt with the previous evening, casualty was lost and unsure of position in Thames Estuary , using Lifeboat's D/F equipment, the casualty was located off Shoebury at anchor, casualty taken in tow and towed to the safety of Queenborough Hbr. where safety advice was passed by Lifeboat crew and Sheppey Cg. All Weather lifeboat launched at 1805 to a 32ft Fishing vessel broken with fuel pump problems near the Princes Channel No4 lightbuoy, some 15 mls from station, one person onboard, Whitstable L/B also proceeding, who reached the casualty first and commenced a tow towards Whitstable, the ALB took over the tow near the Kentish Flat windfarm and towed the casualty to within half a mile of Whitstable, where it was passed back to Whitstable L/B for them to place on a mooring. ALB returned to station at 2125. wind Sthly F3. |

All Weather Lifeboat launched at 1226 to 24ft bayliner Cruiser with 3 persons onboard, broken down off the LNG Terminal, Isle of Grain, ALB on scene at 1235, although the casualty had an anchor out, the craft had dragged it's anchor under the walkway of jetty, the ALB closed the casualty bows on and managed to pass a heaving line with the tow line attached. The casualty was safely towed clear into open water and then towed into Queenborough hbr, where it was secured. The occupants were landed by the ALB, back at sheerness. All Weather Lifeboat launched at 1250 to report of 45ft fishing vessel aground South of the Pollard Spit lightbuoy in East Swale, whilst on route to casualty, the ALB was stood down, when it was confirmed the casualty was hard aground and would not refloat until the next HW. All Weather Lifeboat launched at 1103 to craft with fouled propellor reported off Eastchurch Cliffs, size and number onboard unknown as comms were lost with Cg. ALB arrived on scene 20 minutes after launching to locate 16ft Open Boat with 1 adult and 1 child onboard, craft had suffered damage to it's propellor, the two occupants were taken onboard ALB and craft towed to Queenborough, where they were met by sheppey CG. ALB returned to station at 1239. wind WSW F4. |

All Weather Lifeboat launched at 1703 to 24ft Angling vessel on passage from Brightlingsea to Rochester and suffered engine failure and now dragging anchor, 2 persons onboard, near No 2 Medway Channel buoy. ALB arrived on scene, casualty now underway, but engine reported to be unreliable, casualty was taken in tow for Queenborough Hbr, where it was secured. Lifeboat returned to station at 1846.

ILB crew paged at 1739 for small boat with swamped outboard, 2 persons onboard, craft uncertain of position,but poosibly in River Medway, the ILB was stood down and ALB requested to launch instead, as position of casualty possibly seaward of Garrison Point.
All Weather Lifeboat launched at 1810, proceeding to Grain Swatchway to commence search, further info from casualties mobile phone put them even further to the East, after talking direct to the casualty, a rough position was obtained, the casualty was located just to the SE of "F" Beacon, (some 5 miles from garrison point), the occupants were taken onboard the ALB and the craft towed into Queenborough hbr, the ALB returned to station at 2047. wind NW F3/4. |

All Weather Lifeboat launched at 0425 to 8 mtr Belgium Cruiser, reported to be making water after running aground on causeway off Hoo, River Medway, ALB arrived on scene, casualty had been towed to an alongside berth and occupants safe ashore, ALB provided pump and two crew, whilst casualty was towed to drying out berth by marina workboat. ALB returned to station at 0655. wind NNE F5. |

All Weather Lifeboat launched at 0530 to 9mtr Cruiser aground on rocks, believed near Nore marsh, 5 persons onboard. ALB located casualty on the North side of Nore marsh, ALB unable to close, tow line was passed over by use of rocket line, casualty eventually towed clear and taken to Gillingham Marina pontoon. ALB returned to station at 0730. wind NW F 6/7. |

Inshore Lifeboat launched at 1614 to Sailboarder with rig failure and being blown out sea off Sheerness, it was reported that the Pilot Cutter was stood by, ILB arrived on scene and recovered casualty & his rig, no medical attention required, casualty landed ashore at the shingle bank to Sheppey CG, ILB returned to station at 1708. wind SW F7/8. |

Inshore Lifeboat launched at 1430 to Sailboarder thought to be in trouble off Minster Shingle bank, ILB was however recalled at 1435, when sailboarder came ashore safe and well. ILB returned to station at 1455. NNE F4/5. |

Inshore Lifeboat launched at 1440 to 23ft yacht with broken rudder just east of Garrison Point with two persons onboard, the ILB passed a tow to casualty, who was towed to Queenborough hbr visitors moorings. The ILB then proceeded upriver to a 43ft Yacht aground near No23 lightbuoy, there were two persons onboard, the ILB stood by the craft until it safely re-floated at 1730 and proceeded under it's own power to Chatham, ILB returned to station at 1814. wind Estly F3. |
