Inshore lifeboat launched at 1742 to 9 mtr Motor Cruiser with steering failure approx. 150 yards from the All Tide landing, Queenborough harbour, 3 persons on board. All weather lifeboat launched at 1820 to a 9 mtr cabin Cruiser broken down and at anchor in Sea Reach Channel, 4 persons on board. ALB duly arrived on scene and tow secured, casualty craft towed back to the safety of Queenborough Harbour, ALB returned to station at 1945. SW 4.
ILB LAUNCHED TO PERSON THREATENING TO JUMP OFF BRIDGE
Inshore Lifeboat launched at 1653 to report from Kent Police of person threatening to jump from Sun Pier, Chatham. On route, the ILB was further advised, that person(s) had left the pier and no one now in danger, ILB stood down and returned to station at 1722. SW 5/6.
