Inshore lifeboat launched at 1602 to the aid of a small tender with two occupants, whose outboard had failed whilst returning to the shore from their yacht moored in the River Medway. The ILB was on scene at 1628 and after taking the occupants onboard the ILB, towed their tender back to shore, being suitably dressed for being afloat, no medical assistance was required. The ILB returned to station at 1714. NW 4/5, but squalls of snow, sleet and hail.
Inshore lifeboat crew paged at 0004 to standby at station, whilst investigations were carried out by Police, after a person reported they were attempting to enter the sea at Sheerness seafront, person found safe at home, crew stood down at 0043.
Inshore lifeboat launched at 1752 to report of person threatening to jump from Rochester bridge, ILB stood down at 1800, person now safe. ILB returned and ready for service at 1815. NW 4.
